This Sunday, 3 of my team members and I will be competing at the Battle Cancer CrossFit 2021 competition at Olympia London.

We are doing this is to help raise funds and awareness for the Battle Cancer Program which supports cancer survivors in regaining physical and mental health after their treatment.

Weekly training over the winter in the stuning indoor arena. Starting on 18th October.

After the mad year we've had and an extremely crazy busy few months (hence the silence on social media 🙈) I thought it was about time we had a little break 🐶🚙

Hi, I'm Raindance, a foal in the New Forest, My owner asked it people wanted to hear the story of my life as I grow up, and so many did, I have asked my human to tell it to you. I wanted to start on a positive note, but I am afraid I can't. It is half term, there are loads of people enjoying the Forest. But a few people are getting foals like me into bad habits. Which could be one of the reasons one of my other foal friends has died in an accident with a car. Please, from me and my donkey friends, never try to pet or feed us, Never encourage us towards your car. We are babies, and at the moment, we know no better. By getting us too used to humans, puts us in terrible danger with vehicles and belly ache, from being fed things that make us sick, we have all the food we need, here on the Forest. As cute as we look, and as tame as we seem, we need to be admired from a distance. Bad habits at this age, can stay with us for the rest of our lives. If you want a photo, Park in a car park, walk back, but keep 10 metres away and use your zoom. If I walk up, walk away. Please respect us as feral animals, and let us live the free roaming life we should have. Share my message far and wide.

Lymington runner Sesto recalled by England Lymington super athlete Valeria Sesto has been recalled by England Athletics for the Women's English Team ultra-distance road running season.

Sometimes it's not just our four legged friends who need a helping hand 🤷‍♀️
