No such thing as bad weather....☔️
Beautiful Memories ....
The government have set out potential dates for when we can all get outdoors again. It looks like we might be able to holiday soon from as early as Easter!
Even if that changes, our promise won't – you can book with total confidence, knowing that if you have a positive Covid test or travel bans prevent you from going on holiday in the UK, we'll offer you the opportunity to change your dates. Where this isn’t possible, we can offer a gift card to book an alternative time at your lesiure.
Soon we can all put our feet up and enjoy the sunshine once more!
💕 HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY 💕
Its calving time here at the farm - one of our lovely little calves born a few days ago. Our very first Wangus (50% Angus 50% Wagyu)
Hopefully you ll see him and his mother grazing alongside the Bell come May time
First Wangus at SW
Bouncing baby boy to a first time mother ( heifer). She really loves him and just wants to lick him all the time- but isnt sure what to do.
Stood with her a while to let him suckle. The hormones are still raging and shes quite agitated. They ll settle in a bit and we ll keep an eye to see that he gets enough colostrum.
Colostrum is the first milk and contains lots of antibodies, essential proteins and nutrients which helps the development of immunity in the newborn calf. Its important he gets enough of it in the first few hours of life to grow into a strong healthy calf.
How cool is this?
Incredibly lucky to comission a piece for our Wagyu business from the fabulous .
I adore our dear little bell tent thats peeking through the trees! Isnt she adorable?!
We reckon it would make darling teatowels too!
A must visit for your next break away.
The fabulous on Anglesey is the only surviving windmill in Wales a mere 30 min away.
Richard Holt is a Michelin starred Pastry Chef who returned home and established the most wonderful fairytale cafe and cakes W***y Wonka would be proud of !
In lockdown the most beautiful gins using botanicals found around the mill were created along with magical chocolate bars - complete with copper ticket!
No visit to North Wales would be complete without a “joch“ of Gin, Siocled or a fairytale cake.
The Elusive Copper ticket could be yours.....
Hi! Its been a while!
🍁autumns well and truly arrived here! 🍁
Weathers a little bit frightful today but thoughts are turning to hot chocolate, mulled wine and log fires.
Stay cosy everyone!
Beautiful night tonight!
Last cut of silage being made while the weather holds ☀️

Due to Amber Weather Warnings and 75mph winds in the Pen Y Pass / Capel Curing Area, we can no longer guarantee the safety of our drivers and passengers, therefore we have taken the decision to suspend the S1 and S2 Double Decker service for the day from 2.30pm onwards.
(Thankfully no walkers about due to the weather).
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We may be closed this year but it doesnt mean we havent been busy!
Because of Covid we havent felt its safe to reopen but we have been beavering away clearing, cleaning and thinking of new ideas .
Next year will be bigger, better and brighter!
First up our shiny new logo by the fabulous .co.uk - youll more than likely see this as you first drive in and then on lovely little touches like your snuggly robes and towels.

Evening stroll checking stock ....just across the way from the belle field
In the marvellous month of May when all the buds were bursting....
Can you belive its the 1st already! And its sure pretty out there thanks to the glorius weather weve had. Coupled with some rain lately the grass is growing and flowers blooming. Lockdown or not nature is a sight to behold and we are greatful for the time to enjoy her display.
Stay Safe and enjoy the weekend ahead 🌸
Sundays are usually spent walking round stock checking on the farm!
Crossing everything that this ☀️ continues after lockdown
“A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.”
🦋
This enforced isolation ist easy right. So much change, so much we cant do ..... but im greatful
🦋
Greatful for the time to stop and think, to experience things im usually too busy to notice.
🦋
We are busy on the farm still but somehow life seems richer and more deliberate.
Our little corner of paradise will be open when its safe to do so. Until then Stay Home and keep Safe 🌈
Well its lambing time here on the farm .... this little chap is really quite curious .... and cheeky! 💕
Dreaming of Summer ☀️
“Lle i enaid gael llonydd”.
A Place for the soul to be still
God knows we all need some of that! Life can get so busy!
Most people see Snowdon in the summer with its majestic craggs and beautiful lakes. Just as spectacular in Winter.
Take some time out this year and stay here at Belle Del - book in some self care on Fb, Insta, website or Airbnb.
So this is what weve been up to on the farm while the Belle is in hibernation.
Proud to present our delicious Wagyu Sirloin on its way to the dry ager . ( its simply the best place to visit for glorius treats, amazing coffee and sublime wine) - while your there pop into the Midland for a tapas extravaganza! Watch this space for your chance to sample some amazing Wagyu steaks and burgers this summer at your happy place.
