I wanted to be perfectly balanced and capture the character of this exquisite Brandy. It is well-known for its excellent paring with chocolate, coffee and ci**rs.

So, with this in mind, I choose simplicity in the recipe with carefully balanced flavour served in ceramic to capture the spirit of Jerez.

I am extremely happy with the results. Now I'll leave it in the hands of the judges to decide 😉
