My name is Helen, and I have been a hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner (plus an advanced sports therapist, reiki practitioner and reflexologist) for 12 years. I trained at Sheffield Hallam University in 2007, alongside counselling, and have a psychology degree. I receive GP referrals for stress and anxiety and specialise in weight loss, and past life regression. I also do stop smoking hypnotherapy, phobias and hypnotherapy for other issues.
