Custom bait making
One of todays orders ticked off 100kg of a custom nut bait for a new customer, as you can see in this video it was boiled in a machine that’s very efficient , this boiler was designed by myself to meet our needs perfectly , it boils 15kg at a time, it took 20 minute to do the 100kg of nut bait, I designed it this way so the surface area of boiling water is big which when doing pop ups is a massive advantage due to the baits floating , also the way it tips so quickly and easily into the trays allows the steam to dissipate quick creating the perfectly boiled bait over and over again. Well we thought Dave had the biggest carp caught on our bait but this definitely is. Gav had this 81lb mirror from ghost lake Italy. P one was the winning bait again I don’t no what his PB was before but this will take some beating well done Gav.
