The simplicity and contemporary style this look evokes is quite a time consuming process involving lots of fishing line, another pair of creative eyes and patience. Each stem is carefully tied on to the gallery as each flower is hung and placed in its set position. Making sure to avoid hanging too close to the fairy lights.
The beauty of using faux flowers for this design is of course the longevity of the look, no wilting.

Colourful flowers leapt into my flower studio this year with abundance! A strong meadow vibe with wildflowers and a ‘just picked from the meadow feel’. When I step in here I am reminded of a wild flower meadow 💕
Tiny dainty daisies paired with bolder blooms and dancing poppies- there are so many beautiful flowers to choose from to create this effect.
And being faux we can use even the most delicate blooms without worrying about wilting or the environment.
Scent these flowers with a blend of my fragrance sprays and you have the real deal to keep forever.

I know it’s early but I am being asked so here are the dates, place and times of our Christmas markets this year 🌲.
We will have a large range of beautiful faux flowers and greenery including the favourite stems of eucalyptus, olive, fir and holly with poinsettia, amaryllis and rich red & soft ivory roses and lots more. Pick your stems and I can bunch them up for you.
All the fragrance sprays and flower diffusers will be available and samples to smell test. This year we are offering personalised gift wrapping as an optional extra.
These are all wonderful events full of makers like me, the perfect place to get all those Christmas gifts organised while supporting small businesses. Also these are beautiful and interesting venues so it’s a lovely outing too.

This beautiful wedding with it’s romantic and classic vibe was held on a wonderful sunny day at Blacknest Golf and Country Club. A stunning venue with a tipi and magical countryside setting.
Anne-Marie’s wedding flower ideas were so lovely from the beginning and I so enjoyed working with her to create the final look. A classic palette of ivory and green with a naturally elegant style. So many great pictures of this day it’s hard to choose but here’s a few…All of these flowers and greenery were faux and all reusable, so no waste 😁. Just hired but designed specifically for Anne-Marie’s wedding 💕.

So I usually like the flowers to do the talking, but today this is me at Blacknest having finished the pavilion decoration! It’s always a joy when the months of planning come to fruition, there’s nothing quite like it 💕and makes you want to dance in celebration 😁. This flower bower is made with all faux flowers and greenery, no flower foam and is all reusable so absolutely no waste here. Far more cost effective too as it’s all hired from us! I also don’t need to worry about the sun as they won’t wilt and look perfect all day. All ready for the wedding 🍾

Hair flowers with beautiful realistic faux flowers and foliage. Waxflower and Gypsophila among others are popular options and can be fixed into the hair very easily. A few sprigs make for a very pretty effect. As they last with no wilting, you can even have some samples for your hair trial.

Before we hurtle completely into Christmas, I had to just share some wedding pics from the Summer with fabulous Naomi & Lloyd. Married on a glorious day at Elmers Court with beautiful views of the sea! Such a stunning setting. This gorgeous couple knew exactly what they wanted the minute they stepped in the studio - bright, cheerful, happy flowers which totally reflected them 😁. I am loving their wedding pics

2022 has seen wonderful of shades of purple in weddings with a natural boho style for bouquets being really popular. Here’s a few purple pics! Did you know that the colours you choose say something about you? Purple is associated with luxury, creativity and peace . Mix that up with the language of flowers and you have wedding flowers with lots of meaning 💕
How did you decide on your wedding colours?

Jemma & Mike and their wonderful story of how they met virtually in lockdown and tied the knot this year 💕. Jemma came to me with a stunning colour palette and we all loved these warm and romantic colours and flowers. The blossom trees at Cain Manor worked for ceremony decoration and then we moved them all to use for table centres. A cost effective and ecological way to have no waste wedding decorations. Fairy lights, led candles and flower scatterings completed the look and after a gloomy forecast, the sun shone ☀️☀️
