Two great bungalows handed over to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council as usual our direct team, contractors and suppliers pulled all the stops out to ensure the highest quality of finish was provided. We look forward to working with the council on other developments.

Two new bungalows have been built for Council rent by Cadam Construction as part of its Eldertree Court development in Thorpe Hesley.

These new build homes support Rotherham Council’s commitment to build hundreds of new homes - with the Council recently marking the key milestone of 500 Council homes built or acquired since 2018.

Caroline Webb spoke of her delight after recently moving into one of the new bungalows: “I can’t tell you how happy we are with our new home, it’s absolutely beautiful.

Construction team give Sheffield charity a boost Roof repairs at a Sheffield charity centre were boosted when workers joined forces against the cost-of-living crisis by donating food and supplies.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY...Did you know we don't just do new homes, we also have a diverse portfolio of recently completed Industrial and commercial projects.

We are proud to showcase before and after drone pictures of a warehouse link extension and refurbishment, completed in 2021 for a regular customer. The project included new service yard with electric gates, steel portal frame and industrial cladding.

Major challenges overcome; all work was undertaken while our clients business was fully open, having marginal impact on their business operations. Design and install of steel frame and cladding to successfully link the two buildings. Over clad and containment of existing asbestos roof sheets.

CHRISTMAS PROJECT COMPLETION - Working on behalf of our landlord client, we are pleased to have completed in time for new tenants to move in for Christmas a full turnkey project of 8 new homes on brownfield land. The project was taken from and including planning through to handing over to our clients new tenants.
