We've written an update related to our announcement from last week.

There have been concerns that our closure is imminent, but this is not quite the case. We plan to maintain the service for a good while yet, and will provide plenty of notice when the time comes to actually stop the service.

Thanks to everyone for the support over the years. We're pleased to have stepped up when the big providers didn't, and we're proud of what we achieved as a small, independent ISP.

Bliss Internet is shutting down- News | Bliss Internet But we've secured a discount for customers switching to Pine Media.

We've now found the root cause of the intemittent issue most of our customers have been experiencing the last few days and have applied a fix.

Once again we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are seeing some intermittent issues on the network related to the outage we suffered on Wednesday evening into Thursday. We are working to correct the issue. We don’t have an ETA at this time but we are making meaningful progress.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, as we know the issues are frustratingly persistent. We are doing everything we can and appreciate your patience with us.

Unfortunately there's been an incident that's impacted the whole Bliss infrastructure, we're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing, we will have you back up and running as soon as we possibly can.

Update - 5:00 pm: We have made significant progress towards getting the issue resolved and we're hopeful it will be this evening, but we are still working with a degree of uncertainty.

We will update again this evening regardless of status to keep you informed as best we can.
