Yogic practices of movement, rest, meditation and ceremony will help to awaken into our beings the vitality and aliveness this season offers us with grace and gratitude. Our second yoga gathering to celebrate the Earth shifting into a new phase. To notice ourselves growing with her and give space to awakening into the growing light. 🌱 Candles on the shrine warming up Mother Earth ready to receive our intentions after a full yogic practice of nidra, restorative, flow, shavasana and meditation...our intention to be present, to listen to the awakening within. We are loving these celebrations within this beautiful yoga community 💚 .

We come together as a team of two soul sisters rooted in our passion and love to share yoga from our hearts. Coming together in Devon in the lovely town of Ashburton to share the magic of this practice with you all through workshop spaces is really exciting!! We are feeling really inspired about holding space for a vibrant yoga family & community together in Ashburton and we’re looking forward to creating a space where we can receive the warmth and connection that comes from gathering together, the connection that we all so desire in a somewhat and sometimes disconnected age and feel supported by one another. Yoga is the pathway of healing that we are passionate about sharing, a pathway to connect with ourselves, with each other, spirit and with the Earth we live on. As the Earth journeys around the Sun we are invited to step into rhythm with her and celebrate the cycles of transformation she offers.

This is an invitation to rest in your presence and cultivate inner warmth, softness and lightness of being so we can shine bright through the dark and cold days that are yet to come.

The evenings workshop will be an offering of both dynamic and restorative asana practices with a yummy yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and sound bath to nourish, feed and restore our souls.

In honour of the Solstice we will share a sacred circle in prayer and gratitude for the miracles of each season and the coming together of community. Giving offerings, setting intentions and sharing a yummy brew and mince pie all in the festive spirit.

This 2.5hr workshop is £25 per person

Ummm yummy gentle reflection time after another year of running wonderfully magical retreats with even more amazing yogis. We now take a little time to brainstorm, tune in and get excited about next years adventures. We are feeling full and inspired by all the beautiful men and women we got to share and explore time with on retreat this year and know that all the love shared is being extended out into the world in a time when it is needed most. So for now we rest feeling connected and grounded, trusting once again that we've shared work authentically from our hearts and that the message of peace and inner stillness will keep on spreading and changing lives. Together we are in such gratitude to the ancient wisdoms that we are all able to practice together and that continue to teach us, guide us and bring us a little closer to our inner truths. There is so much beauty in this world and it feels very special that we are able to share a piece of this with such inspiring people, creating community, family and friendships 💕🙏🏽💕🙏🏽💕

In stillness and silence, in laughter and tears, in song and in dance we came together and made LOVE with our HEARTS ❤️This beautiful Sacred Cacao ceremony blew us open to bountiful amounts of LOVE and let us detangle our hair, unwind and unleash our inner child. And together we pledged that we'd all take away from this special retreat this huge amount of LOVE, we'd take it with us out into the world letting it been seen and felt by everyone that passes us by. Spreading the love wherever it's needed.
