Like many of our alumni of Body-Oriented Coaches Alena is multi-talented and multi-faceted!

A somatic coach and a psychologist, she also applies her Body-Oriented coaching skills as a soft skills trainer with a background of experience in HR.

She is fascinated by the body’s nervous system and her passion is creating space for people and organisations who want to stop limiting themselves and what to reach their full potential with easiness, joy and authenticity.

She sounds pretty great doesn’t she?

We've just welcomed our 500th Somanaut to The Somatic School!

Having trained our first cohort back in 2018, we are very excited to announce that Lisa Veronneau has just enrolled to become our 500th Body-Oriented-Coach-in-the-making, nearly 6 years after we first opened our training room doors.

Based in Switzerland, Lisa joins us as a coach in higher education, guiding the next generation toward fulfilling careers.

In recent years, she has developed a keen interest in embodiment approaches and nervous system regulation. With growing fascination, Lisa decided to join The Somatic School to better support others through the somatic lens.

In her own words, Lisa says, “Joining The Somatic School feels like the perfect next step in my path to creating deeper connections and living authentically. I can’t wait to start the program!”

Our student-body of Somanauts, as we like to call them, are pioneers in the coaching profession. They are revolutionising the industry. Moving the needle towards a world where we’ll be able to drop the ‘somatic’ from ‘somatic coaching’. Our vision is that, one day, all coaching will approach the client with the body in mind.

Somatic coaches don’t just coach in a body-oriented way, they do business like that too.
