how much you try to control the things that are out of your control?
Can you slow down a little bit, listen to your body and self care?
This is a slower phase class where the postures are held for a couple of minutes. You breathe, take your time to adjust and comfort yourself... All is on the floor, no standing postures involved, no yoga mat or props needed, suitable for beginners. It is a great one to do home in the evening to calm and relax the body and nervous system, rest and heal... You are well-come to try and have the experience.
