We're really shocked to read about the amount of items being destroyed each week (face coverings included!) - with just a fraction of them being donated to charity.
There is absolutely no reason why this amount of waste should enter the landfill.
We work really hard to ensure that we maintain a low carbon footprint and excellent eco-credentials. Our Brilliant Masks are Greenprinted TM which is a process that uses 95% less water than conventional printing, uses no nasty chemicals and is powered by renewable energy.

One of our main goals when setting up Brilliant Masks was to create a reusable face covering to try to reduce the looming environmental disaster being caused by single use plastic masks.

Our masks are really highly rated by our customers, with 4.5 out of 5 stars from over 6,000 reviews. And one comment that comes up again and again is that they are the only mask the user has found that keeps their glasses fog-free.
So, why are Brilliant Masks better than others at stopping glasses fogging up? There are three design features specific to our face coverings that make all the difference:
1) Our super absorbent fabric traps more of your breath. Brilliant Masks are made from 400 thread count Supima cotton, which is a much higher grade than most other face covering materials. This means they are more effective at trapping the moisture in your breath which would cause condensation if it hit your glasses.
2) Our mouldable nose bar helps the mask fit snugly to your nose. We’ve built in an aluminium bar across the top of the mask which you can mould to fit your nose, whatever size or shape it is. This means there’s little or no gap at the top of the mask for condensation-creating breath to escape up through.
3) Our wide top and bottom pleats covers up more of your nose and mouth. Brilliant Masks are designed with pleats which you can spread out to cover the top of your nose and right down under your chin. Again, this reduces the amount of breath that can sneak out; additionally, it makes it easier to wear your glasses over your mask, which can also reduce fogging.
