Based on the success of and feedback from the Women in Mountain Training conference in November, Mountain Training are excited to announce a series of online webinars to bring the content to a wider audience.

People of all genders are welcome and encouraged to attend. We believe there is something to be learned for everyone which can support your CPD and allow you to become a better and more understanding leader, manager, colleague or friend.

• Living and working in adventure activities through peri-menopause and menopause.
• Understanding leadership styles and behaviours, and developing your own practice.

Keeping my hand in, however a 1:5000 map is a bit different to a 1:25000, still it's a map so I'm happy 😊
