⭐Change of venue in Edinburgh⭐

Unfortunately I will no longer be hosting sound healing sessions at Beetroot Sauvage from October onwards 😔 which is due to a change in circumstances regarding the wellness centre. I've absolutely LOVED hosting sessions there for the last 3 years and will be sad to leave. BUT.....I have managed to secure an alternative venue which is just around the corner from Beetroot at The Salisbury Centre. I've had to change the original October date to the 21st instead of the 28th but the November date will remain the same (25th). The time has also been changed to 8.30pm which I hope won't inconvenience anyone too much. Booking is now OPEN for these 2 dates and there are only 16 spaces available on each date so book early to ensure you have a spot! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued loyalty and support! The last sound bath at Beetroot Sauvage will be on Friday September 30th at 7.30pm and there are currently only 8 spaces available. Thanks everyone!! 🙏❤️

🙏🥰 Thank you so much to everyone who participated in Sunday evening's virtual sound healing to raise funds for the Ukrainian refugees. The total raised was £78 so I rounded it up to £80 and donated it to the UK for UNHCR.
The video is still available to those who paid but didn't manage to make it live. Just click on the event page and you'll find the video there. I will keep it available until tomorrow 👍❤️

It's today! What's your favourite sound healing instrument? It's so hard for me to choose! I love ALL of them but many of you who attend my sound baths comment on how dreamy the koshi chimes sound. Crafted at the foot of the Pyrenees, these beautiful bamboo chimes represent the 4 elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Precise tuning creates a play of clear tones that is rich in overtones. The overtones of the shorter chords gradually dominate and become fundamentals, thus forming a circular tone range. Just beautiful!
