Welsh Association Of Male Choirs - Cymdeithas Corau Meibion Cymru - WAMC

The Choir will be performing at St Cadocs Church on Thursday with the local school Choirs. Come along and support the hard work that teachers put into their Choirs - oh and our MD of course.

Morlais Hall, Tuesday August 6th at 7.30pm.

Looking forward to providing our contribution to Bargoed Summer Music Festival next Saturday where we'll be running live music from 9am-11pm!

Live music will be both inside and in the pod on the opposite side of the road throughout the day (see poster for full details).

From 9-11am Richard and Chris Bourton will be starting us off with some classical music contributions inside! Then at 11am the outside live music commences with Ross Hicks - Pianist and some outstanding Jazz Piano. From 12-1 it's the tremendous James Oliver Band., followed by the mighty Bargoed male voice choir. The outside pod will then conclude with some quality Bluegrass from Gone Kickers!

Back inside at 5pm with the wonderful Rob Pennington followed by lush machine Paterson Music at 6pm! Then we have two great bands to finish off the day, Moonlight Crisis followed by Blind Mans Bluff!

We'll be serving food from 9am-10pm!

Also, Bargoeds very own jam master Tom Hamer will be running intermittent jams throughout the day up until 5pm!

As part of the event, Bourton's Music School and Music Shop will be offering free taster music lessons from 9-5pm for both adults and children!
