We are excited to announce the launch of CO.LAB, an innovative pop-up micro-retail destination by Landsec and Lone Design Club, set to redefine the shopping experience.

Launching 26th of September 2024 at St. David’s Dewi Sant, CO.LAB transforms 5,000 square feet of prime retail space into a vibrant shopping destination where brands can test, experiment, and grow.

The retail landscape is evolving, and CO.LAB is at the forefront, making it easier than ever for D2C brands to establish a physical presence. By breaking down traditional barriers that have kept emerging brands out of brick-and-mortar spaces, it offers bespoke shop-in-shop units tailored to their needs. Beyond just retail, CO.LAB’s dynamic shared event space creates opportunities for brands to engage directly with customers and the community.

“32% of D2C brands said they would be establishing or expanding their use of pop-up and in-person experiences this year, with 31% planning on establishing or expanding their physical retail footprints”.

A Department Store For Online Emerging Brands: Welcome To The First Co.Lab In Wales Landsec and Lone Design Club have chosen Cardiff to test their debut department store for emerging D2C brands. The partnership, called Co.Lab will roll out in the U.K.
