Tell me what you’re grateful for today? I’m grateful for my fabulous Pilates members who joined me this morning for a beautiful class that has set me up for the day ahead! Thank you all πŸ’›πŸ’œ

1. Focus on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths, and pay attention to the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. This can help anchor your mind in the present moment.

2. Take a few minutes to mentally scan your body from head to toe, noticing any tension or discomfort. This practice can help increase awareness of physical sensations and promote relaxation.

3. Eat slowly and savour each bite, paying attention to the taste, texture, and smell of your food. This can enhance your enjoyment of meals and prevent overeating.

As we start World Wellbeing Week, every day is a new start, it’s never too late to start a new habit.

Which one of these will you start today?

✨ Slow down often, and take regular breaks, outside in nature if you can, as often as you can.

✨ Develop a rest ethic.
✨ Step away from things you are unable to change or influence, and LET THEM GO.
