Last week we completed this small shower room and kitchen job in Hammersmith. We fitted underfloor heating and tiled the floor.

The roof will be complete by the end of the week.
The block and beam floor is about to go in.
The windows and skylight have been ordered.

Progress is good on our small rear kitchen extension project in Southfields.
A temporary rain cover means that we can work through the showers!
We are fitting the box frame steel on Thursday and will continue to build up the walls and hopefully put the roof on before Christmas!

This is a small kitchen extension on the rear of a Victorian flat in Southfields in London.
Strong boys will hold up the external wall until we fit the steel box frame to support the house.
You can see the foundations have been filled but the will@be more filling to Dow around the base of the box frame, once fitted.
Insulated rockwool has been pushed in between the ceiling joists in the kitchen

We started on 20th October, 2022 on this small kitchen extension in Southfields. The foundations have been dug and walls are about to be removed to create a large open plan space. The bathroom is being moved into what was a bedroom.

This old penthouse apartment next to the Queens Tennis Club 🎾 is being completely refurbished by one of our teams. It was cold in the winter and hot in the summer so we have insulated all ceilings and walls. This will@make a huge difference and will considerably reduce their heating bills!

One of our complete refurbishment projects has nearly been completed in Brook Green in London.
We moved the kitchen into what was a bedroom and made the room where the kitchen was into a bedroom.
We soundproofed the floors and re wires the entire apartment

It is always an exciting moment when we break through from the new loft space into the house downstairs. The new staircase is in and the flat roof has been completed with GPP fibreglass.
Progress is good 👍

Loft conversion project in Southfields is progressing well 😊
