I did a thing…

I am so unbelievably chuffed to say that I have now officially completed and PASSED my Educator and Expert courses.

I have put so much time, effort and studying into the last few months, making myself as knowledgeable as possible in order to bring some incredible courses to the industry and introduce the next generation of nail techs to an ever growing community.

The imposter syndrome has been real but I pushed through and passed with flying colours. This is something I have thought about for a few years and it’s now something I have made a reality and I am so proud of myself…words I don’t say often.

and the team at have been nothing short of incredible with the upmost support throughout. Thank you Suzanne for the amazing feedback on all of my assignments. courses are up there as the best in the business and investing myself and my business in them was the best decision.

Thousands of us have been on an emotional roller coaster with this. From discovering what we actually earn, to calculating new costs, creating new price lists, social media content and emails in order to communicate this with clients in the best way possible. So much self doubt and fear with it all because let's face it...we don't actually enjoy doing this to our clients. But it will all pay off for our incredible industry as a whole.

Finally!
I know im a little late on this post but have struggled to find the words that reflect the last year.
2022 has been such a huge year for me and this one. We finally got married, had a once in a lifetime trip to Florida with our incredible kids, and made so many wonderful memories with friends and family. However, none of that came for free. With each bit of happiness we had, there seemed to be some dark clouds surrounding it all. It's been tough, one of the hardest in fact...BUT we got through it!

I thank my friends and, of course, our family that have given their love and support this last year. But I need to give a very special thanks to my incredible clients, I say it every year but this year I mean it more than ever. It's the love and respect that I have for you all that meant I kept showing up. It meant I got out of bed because letting you all down wasn't an option. This job has given me the strength I needed this year and its because of the wonderful people that choose me, that choose to sit at my desk, ask how I am, ask how my kids and my husband is, listen to me rant, let me cry and offer nothing but support...you have been my therapy!
I just can't THANK YOU all enough for being exactly what I needed.

I want to pull back my passion and promise to start posting all your beautiful nails again and pushing myself back into being the best I can be.
