How to stop yourself from giving up before you start on your next weight loss attempt 👇

It doesn’t matter if you have a terrible weekend or consume your body weight in cheese, just make sure you start fresh on the Monday, every Monday.
This = fantastic weight loss results.
The truth is that most people give up WAYYYYY to early and don’t see results quick enough to stick to it.
Because of this, they think it’s not working and give up.
What really needs to happen to consistently lose weight is this…
✅Stick to something for 12 weeks
✅Eat less in that 12 weeks (calorie deficit)
✅Move more in that 12 weeks (step target)
✅Find some sort of exercise you enjoy
And that’s it.
I know this because this is exactly what I get my clients to do and they get unreal results all the time.

Ok, that was a mistake👀😭
Not running the half marathon,
Just missing the bag drop and having to run it with my bag the whole way 😭😂👜🛄
Running 13.1 miles with a 10-15kg bag was not the plan, but had to be done as it was closed and I missed the cut off 😂💩
All the way round, runners were asking me…
- how heaven is the bag?
- are you doing a challenge?
- well done you!
And even,
- Are you in the army?
And my reply was the sane every time…
No, I just missed the bag drop 😂
It got a bit tougher as time went on and as the end got closer, but ended up really enjoying the challenge.
Normally I take part in events like tough mudder, half marathons, obstacle courses, Ben Nevis and more with clients, friends and groups.
But this one was for me.
I like to be pushed and see how I can do on my own.
I genuinely love all the events and will continue to do more because of the value it brings to me and our incredible group, but I need a challenge that’s just for me too.
So maybe the bag run wasn’t intended, but it ticket all the boxes and happy I did it.
I am sore now and not overly looking forward to my Cycle class at 6:30am, Step class at 7am, and Pump class at 9:15am tomorrow morning,
But there lies the challenge, and I do enjoy them.
Now I know that this is nothing too crazy, but the challenge is what did it for me and I am proud to have completed it in 2:03.
(A bit gutted it wasn’t under 2:00, but still pretty chuffed).
And there are a few morels to the story for me here too…
1. Be earlier so you don’t miss stuff!
2. Be more organised so you know when the bag drop closes!😂
3. Find things you enjoy for exercise so it doesn’t feel like work.
4. Challenge yourself, it may just help you to see and believe that you can go more. 👈

Well done Emma💪💥
She has done incedible and her first 12 weeks was just the start.
Emma steadily put on weight over the last few years and wasn't sure what to do about it, she felt lost and unhappy in her own skin.
So when we sat down and explained our simple 3 key principles and how they work, she was a bit sceptical.
"It can't be that easy" she said. 😮
And after as little as 12 weeks she saw huge differences in weight, mood, energym levels and how her clothes fit.
She wasn't hiding under baggy clothes or avoiding getting her picture taken any more.
Emma is going travelling to Austrailia at the end of the year and that is now her motivation - to be able to wear the clothes she WANTS to wear and not dread the holiday photos.
Emma continues to smash it month after month and is finally looking forward to going away.

I cannot explain how proud of Lauren I am.😍
Lauren has been a client and friend of mine for nearly 10 years and contiues to amaze me.
She has battled doubts, pregnacy, post natal, weight loss, fitness and more and has always come out on top.
She is currently getting ready to celebrate the birth of thier wee boy to add to their amazing family and can't wait to see the next chapter for her.
Some who know her and work with her think it comes naturally to Lauren, but she has worked her socks off to feel comfortable in her own skin and deserves all the credit for putting our 3 principles in to actions and seeing ground breaking results.

Myself and Ross started a 12 week Transformation program that takes place within the incredible facilities at PureGym Livingston, and we are now on week 8.
To say the results so far have been incredible is a massive understatement.
It is going so well that we decided to make it a stand alone product of it's own and will be doing another intake in June, ready to start on the 1st of July.

Tena has been incredible!🙌

This was a revelation to Tena.

Now this has been an incredble class that Jason and myself have created.
The first block, we got 6 amazing guys joining.
They all stayed on for the next block because of how much they enjoyed it and how it made them feel.
Now we are bringing it back but on a monthly basis rather than a 6-week block and packing even more in.
We cannot believe how much everyone loves it and how well they all get on together.
It's learning to box & fitness smashed together with banter and laughs.
