As it’s been a while and we have some new group members (Welcome 💕) here are a few of our ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ regarding our boutique bird boxes!

All our boxes are decorated to order. The following should answer any questions that you may have. If not, please drop us a message. Thank you! x

1. How big are your boutique bird boxes?
- Apex roof boxes are 25.5 x 18 x 19 cm
- Slanting roof and open fronted boxes are 21 x 12 x 10 cm

2. What are the boxes made of?
- Both box designs are made from fir wood

3. Are your boxes weatherproof?
Yes, All our boxes are sealed and they also receive 4 coats of external weatherproof varnish to protect them from the elements.

4. How much are your boutique boxes?
- Single detached (1 box)
£18
- Semi detached (2 boxes side by side)
£32
- Terraced boxes (3 boxes side by side)
£38

For the semi detached and terraced boxes the same designs will flow across the front of all boxes and the outer sides of the end boxes.

5. Can the boxes be cleaned out?
Absolutely, the front top half of all our fully closed boxes is removable by two screws. There is also a gap at the base of the box to allow air to circulate, and for water to drain away!

6. What is the lead time for new orders?
Lead time is currently 2 – 3 weeks but this may vary during busier times

7. What designs can we order?
Please check out our 'Boutique Portfolio' under albums on our page for all the designs we have done. Designs are subject to availability and not all may still be available

8. Do you have any boxes ready to be posted?
We occasionally have boxes decorated to go, please check out the ‘shop’ tab on our page

9. How much is postage?
Postage for 1-2 boxes is £4.65 and 3 boxes is £6.75. Next day delivery for 1-2 boxes is £5.75.

10. How long does delivery take?
We use Evri (formerly MyHermes) and standard delivery is approx. 3-4 working days. Next day delivery at an additional cost is also an option.

11. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal (friends & family) or bank transfer

12. How do I order?
Please message the page with a picture of the design(s) you would like so that we can check availability and box styles for you. We ask for a £10 per box non refundable deposit to secure your order slot. The balance plus P&P to be paid upon completion.

Been busy catching up!

Whilst we are all (hopefully) enjoying some summer sun at last, I’m thinking of Christmas!! 🎄
