Spalled bricks are becoming a popular repair of mine just lately 🔨

Spalling bricks needed tending to at this property, knocked them out, and replaced them with bricks originally for this house....can you believe they were sitting in a wheelbarrow at the bottom of the garden! How lucky was I? When bricks can be a pain to match up!

Alfie loved seeing us today! I think Lozzi has a friend for life 🥰

Leak repair, and plastered wall on this DIY conservatory in Eastwood......Lozzi cleaned all the panels, the frame and fitted new seals while I set to work repairing and correctly fitting parts of the frame 💪

Small patch repair and skirting board replacement due to a leaking shower....David can get on with decorating his bathroom now 👌

Relocated a bathroom sink for better access for Ann and her stroller aid 👍
