My name is Alicia and I have two small children, aged 5 years and 5 months. I recently had abdominal reconstruction and suffered a dislocated knee due to my Lupus. I am not on any diet plan, replacement meal shakes or participate in PT’s or a strict gym regime.

I want to be able to provide a class just for adults that help to inspire, motivate and positively lift up other people physically and emotionally. I will be hosting a 10 week course in our private cheerleading facility that will focus on fitness, flexibility and indeed some lifting of others!

This is a complete beginner course offered to adults aged 18+ and no previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to get involved and have fun with like minded people.
