Reiki is not an alternative to conventional medicine. Always consult a doctor with acute or infectious conditions and if the problems are of an urgent nature.

Hello :) I need your help. I'm going to start a new season on the Soul Food Reiki youtube channel in which I answer questions from subscribers, either on youtube or facebook world. Any questions that you have with regards to reiki, either as a practitioner or an interested client, please either inbox me or email me.
My idea is to spend 5 minutes or so answering a topic and a quick 10 minute meditation to finish. I will also be sending reiki energy during the video. Each video is going to be a Premiere where I will be on hand to answer any further questions within the comments section that you may have about that particular topic. I hope that you'll find this useful on your reiki journey. Please look around the channel, the link is in the comments.

You may have noticed I charge anywhere between £5 and £25 for a Reiki session, this is because I feel that Reiki should be available and affordable to all. Come along and try it for yourself, you don’t have to be poorly to benefit from the energies available from Reiki.
