A while ago (been so busy lately), I mentioned that I was looking to add another therapy but at the time, I really didn’t know what that was going to be…… well now I do and have learnt something new.
Am still trying to work out the logistics as its not really anything I can add to the wonderful access bars as nothing more needed but am thinking 🤔 and will be back very soon to let you all know 💜

Different people will feel different energies about this - I nodded to myself and innerwardly smiled but if I was going through a bad time I would maybe feel different.
All I know is that bad times are like clouds ⛅️ and they pass.
Bad times test us and we need to learn lessons from them.
My biggest lesson has been not to take things for granted and I always say thank you just before I sleep even if the day didn’t quite go as hoped for - always something to be grateful for.

Hope everyone had an amazing bank holiday, I worked pretty much most of it but had a great time - meeting different people and seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
Experienced some absolute kindness from strangers this weekend and also went with my gut feeling last week and lost a friend’.
Without going into details, something wasn’t sitting right and was beginning to make me have angry energy and we know how that can make us feel ……so on with my big girl bloomers, I spoke up and told them how they had made me feel. The outcome was how I imagined but now all that negative energy has gone and I was right to listen to my gut.

Am really really really tired today.
Just did 2 events back to back with my Della's Delights and was slouching around feeling non productive when this little post popped up and made me come in here and share it 💜
My mindset has completely changed and am raring to go today, might be not as fast paced as other days but am still going to embrace the day.
Somewhere someone has not got this choice and am reminded today that I am lucky that I have 💜

When I was younger, I used to dread Mondays but now they excite me (well maybe that’s a slight exaggeration) but I do feel refreshed for them.

This resonated with me so much today.
My parents taught me that if you haven’t anything nice to say - don’t say anything at all.
We all have our own opinions on things and that’s perfectly fine but if we all just thought for a second about the impact that words and behaviours have - we would all just rub along nicely 🥰
