🏠Something Old turned to New🏠

This country cottage was completed at the end of last year. As you will see from the before pictures it was very run down but our client had a vision. The main house was renovated and an open plan extension added to give that modern living space. Working closely with the client we were able to achieve their vision.

This new build in Belfast is our most impressive project to date.
The outside has a white k-rend plaster finish with plastered quoins and ashlar lines to the bottom half which look very sharp. It is complemented by a reconstituted stone porch with a traditional rolled lead roof covering, reconstituted stone string course to the eaves and painted concrete architraves framing the windows.
