Great afternoon of Rugby at Old leamingtonians, Hornets hosted a tournament against Titans and Tigers.
Some fabulous touch rugby played in the spirt of inclusiveness and enjoyment.
Followed by hotdogs and the England v Italy game 💛💙🏉♥️.

It was an absolute honour to represent Hornets Mixed Ability, Disability Rugby Team, Old Leamingtonians rugby club and Warwickshire RFU at this years Honda Volunteer of the year award.
It was a very special event recognising the hard work of grass routes rugby and the amazing volunteers who make it happen💛💙🏉

So incredibly proud to attend WCAVA Volunteer event this evening and see Kelvin and Lester our coaches for Hornets Mixed Ability rugby team be recognised for their volunteering and win the category for Leisure and Sports.
They both work so hard to ensure rugby is accessible, enjoyable and fun for all. Thank you both.

Hornets Mixed ability rugby team were delighted to have been nominated for Matt Western Awards for Community Excellence. Although we were not finalists, we had a great evening together enjoying pizza and team spirit.

Come along and try mixed ability rugby at Old Leamingtonians Rugby club. We train on Thursdays 6pm till 7pm.
The team is open to any player aged over 10 with no upper age limit, we play tag and touch rugby.
Whether you have played rugby before or not, have a disability or not we are a fully inclusive, welcoming team who love rugby.

Tag team is for young people aged over 10 years old
Touch team for is for players aged over 14.

Hornets are a fabulous team of like minded people who enjoy playing rugby in a supportive and encouraging environment.
