Starting with a superior Foaming & Cleansing Facial Cleanse using a mixture of brushes and hands to massage into the skin then removed using Hot Towels across the chest and face getting the skin ready for a gentle Exfoliation using a super fine Microfoliant to remove the dead skin cells from the surface of face after this I use an Oxygen Bubble Mask to lift away and remaining debris off the skin... laying there whilst the bubbles pop on your skin is an experience in itself so whilst the Oxygen Bubbles are working you will receiving a relaxing effleurage massage across the Chest, Shoulder and Upper Arms..once the bubbles have dispersed a Gentle Toner is spritzed onto the skin and infusion of moisture preparing the skin ready for the amazing uplifting Cryo Jelly Mask whilst the Mask is working a Gentle Scalp Massage will no doubt send you off to a deep state of relaxation, moving gently onto the Neck area up to the ears down to the shoulders and back up the neck to the ears a gentle massage behind the ear area in readiness for the Thermal Auricular Therapy Treatment (Hopi ear Candling) A light suction action (chimney effect), together with the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the Ear Candle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. Recently I have had an influx of people for back massage - lots of people struggling with tension in their neck, shoulders, upper and lower back area.

A Massage session will give you the release you need to unlock the tension trapped in the muscles and ease pain and discomfort.

25 Minutes doesn't seem like a long time but this is enough for a therapist to work deep into the muscle area and release the lactic acid (toxins) stored and built up.

Don't suffer get booked in for a Swedish massage - the results lately have been great for clients who all feedback with positivity following just one treatment.
