Tuesday nights are Circuit nights with B Wicked Fit at Woking High School. Circuits is a wicked class ensuring a fantastic workout for all levels of ability. You'll toast fat, improve fitness levels and increase tone & strength....walking out feeling great! Please book in advance to secure your space. Everyone who attends must fill out a Health & Safety questionnaire in advance. Water

An absolutely amazing day yesterday to raise money for the incredible work the Royal Marines & SBS Charities are providing for serving Corps and veterans, kayaking 21 miles up & down the Thames in Scorchio conditions!

  • Pre & Post Natal health & fitness. Helping you through your pre & post natal health & fitness journey, these classes are small and tailored! We will exercise and I will teach you to lift & breathe correctly to protect your glorious pelvic floor. We will discuss nutrition & wellbeing. We will also laugh & have fun!

  • Peri & Post menopausal health & fitness - mastering the menopause! Small & tailored, these classes help you understand how your body is changing, what is happening and how you can improve your health, wellbeing & fitness with confidence, happiness and strength.
