Now to find out if bats are still visiting the Orchard! We have seen what we assumed were pipistrelles in the past. Thanks to Habitats & Heritage we now have a bat detector close to our bat box in the sycamore tree. Fingers crossed for some activity!

We attended the annual Friends of Parks Forum this week. An excellent meeting, hearing about the huge amount of activity going on in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to enhance parks. Thanks to the Council's fantastic Parks Department and the equally fantastic Habitats & Heritage for all their support. Watch this space for more news!

We are delighted to announce that we have received the Green Flag Community Award for 2022-23, the 12th year running. We were the first community group in Richmond borough to win the award in 2011.
We've repaired our noticeboard and retreated the side of the shed
