Ok So I’ve not done a challenge for some time now ..
Found an awesome charity that really makes a phenomenal difference to the lives of young people .. helping them to have vision and belief in themselves .. changing their futures and in effect ours

So I initially thought 1.6 million steps in a month sounded a lot .. but with an awesome team ( with the likes of Emma Rach and a couple of others in our amasing insurance team ) 10,000 a day averaged between us we will do it !!

Now I have attempted this for the past week and failed to do it daily ( not having time to hit that 10k steps) SO this will mean earlier mornings and later night walks to get these steps in
