Two nearly identical shoes but designed for two different types of runner.

The METASPEED SKY
is designed for STRIDE-STYLE runners who increase their pace by lengthening their stride. The carbon plate in this shoe is at a more vertical angle to the EDGE model, this is to give more vertical propulsion for STRIDE runners.

The METASPEED EDGE
Is designed for those runners who increase their pace through increased CADENCE. The curved sole design in these shoes and optimised carbon-plate positioning is to give CADENCE runners added forward propulsions.

Boston Marathon winners prize trophy 1993

I received a call yesterday from an old mate who lived in Southport for a while back in the 90s, his agent was also living locally which is the reason for him being here. Cosmas enjoyed taking advantage of training in the Pinewoods for one of his twice daily runs and joining us on our Sunday morning session, the rest of the time he would hang out in my shop.

Cosmas Ndeti is a three-time winner of the Boston Marathon. He was the winner of the 1993, 1994, and 1995 races. He set the course record in 1994 with a time of 2:07:15, which was also the best. marathon performance in 1994

A freind who is taking a holiday in Kenya has offered to take it with him and return it to Cosmas.
