Our sausages are all handmade in store using local Free Range Pork in natural casings. All our recipes are unique to us as we develop them ourselves. Here we have our great taste award winning Bens Classics - the perfect blend of sage, rosemary and nutmeg. Great for a weekend breakfast or Friday night sausage and mash!

Here we have a very special breed of Beef. Belted Galloway from . Their farms are located only a few short miles away from our Butcher Shop, where we have aged it for 35 days. These won’t last long so make sure you don’t leave it too late if you wanted to try some of this amazing Beef!

We have some amazing beef for this mothers day. Why not treat your mum with some amazing aged EX Dairy ribeyes, extremely flavoursome or maybe perhaps a 32 day dry aged shorthorn rolled rib or sirloin , both have great marbling and very tender.

We have McCaskies Haggis returning for another year. Award winning haggis made by Scotlands most awarded butcher in the traditional way. Perfect served with neeps, tatties and a cream, whiskey, wholegrain mustard and chive sauce. Wednesday dinner sorted!
