The Executive team at Guy Last was recently contacted by a new up and coming real estate agency in Dubai, to support them with key hires in senior positions before executing their investment into their growth.
We sat and delved into their current situation and mapped their growth over the next 12 months, establishing the first key hire as a Sales Director. We then went even deeper into the type of Sales Director they are looking for and would be suitable in driving their exciting growth plans. Once we were clear, the team got to work.
Within 30 days the Guy Last Executive team had gone to market and shortlisted 4 potential candidates. The turnaround was effective and efficient, within no time we had arranged and conducted multiple interviews, and successfully offered and secured the next sales director for RichKey Properties.
With over 7 years of Dubai Real Estate experience at management and director level, Michael has the knowledge and experience to implement, execute and manage the vision of Rich Key Properties.
