Pay dependant on experience, driving licence would be an advantage. Work is mainly around Tenby, Saundersfoot area

Been a crazy few months, heres a job myself and the team completed towards the end of last Year.
Customer wanted to turn an old carport & garage into a one bed self contained cottage.

This property had brand new electric & water main services installed, fire suppression system, gas lpg boiler including underfloor heating. Herringbone wooden flooring. New boundary walls, upvc windows and stable door, car parking, & porcelain patio.

Recent patio we completed in kilgetty, we removed tired old decking and boggy grass.

Completely dug out old soil, installed new drainage, laid a new buff Indian sandstone patio, installed a new 6ft featheredge fence around the whole garden, moved the shed into corner to allow customers to have extra usable space. Completed with new artificial grass

a new suite for a local guest house completed this week in tenby. New ceiling installed, levelled floor, new stud with with pocket door system, timber shelving installed, exterior wall rebuild & insulated, and feature wall clad.

Another recently refurbished bathroom. We knocked through the toilet & bathroom to make into a new bigger room.

We installed a new free standing claw bath, vanity toilet system and vanity sink unit.

A recently finished bathroom for a customer in tenby. We ripped out old suite and installed a new shower tray, recessed shelf into shower area and clad the bathroom walls with cladding.

A recently completed landscaping project completed for a local builder in saundersfoot, A grey Indian sandstone patio completed with resin pointing, also block paved the driveway in a herringbone pattern complete with a charcoal edger.

Job completed last week in Jeffreyston, the ground level was lowered to allow for a level patio, a sleeper wall to allow customers to retain the boarder, A 20mm calibrated porcelain slabs were used to give this garden a modern look, completed with a black resin pointing message me for a free quote

A recently completed project, we completely dug out the garden to correct levels to make a level patio, the old soil removed and replaced with new hardcore, all New aco drainage. We laid a new grey Indian sandstone patio complete with black resin pointing.

We then built a outdoor kitchen & bar complete with beer fridge, bbq, tv, sound system and outside lighting.

The client was hard to please (being my wife)

Next step of the project is painting the house And remodelling the garden shed.
