Dartmoor Prison Break 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏻‍➡️ such a fun event put together by 🤩 we managed to get 37km underfoot within the 6 hour timeframe we were given to get as far from the prison as possible, all self navigated and dodging wardens on the moors 🤣

Massive shoutout to who was chief navigator & we blindly followed around through various fields, roads, up massive hills and down them (this was the most fun part 🚀🎢) ~ you plotted an awesome route and got us to Plymouth in one piece 🙌✅

12 hour next year? 👀

I did it! 🥹 2024 London Marathon ✅ still in a state of disbelief & pure beaming pride ~ it’s a big one off the bucket list and I can’t stop smiling. The whole way round I was grinning ear to ear, even when my legs were painful, even when I was tearing up with pure emotional overwhelm. I loved every moment. The crowds are electric & there’s not a chance in hell I’d have gotten around it so gleefully without the cheers, music, singing participants & all round high vibe energy 🚀🚀🚀

Biggest shout out goes to my amazing family (which 100% includes who became the daughter my parents never had for the day 😆) seeing them at mile 18 and having a cuddle with each of them was just what I needed to power me through the 20 mile wall and get me to the finish line. I can’t even express how grateful I am to you all for coming & supporting, it made a great day the very best one. 🥹

My fundraiser is live (linked in bio) for another week, if you feel to donate any amount I’d be so grateful of the support to .palestineanimalrescue who are helping stray animals in Palestine alongside sharing vegan food packages to families who need support more than any of us here in the UK can comprehend. 💜

Running for Baladi-Palestine Animal Rescue 🐕🐾 03/04/2024

With only 2.5 weeks to go until London Marathon, I’ve put together a fundraising page to raise money for a worthy cause. 💜

I was lucky enough to get into the mara on a coveted ballot place, so wasn’t going to fundraise… but oh my gosh, training for a marathon is hard. It’s time consuming, anything over a half marathon leaves your body sore and niggly, you’re permanently knackered & that leaves you emotionally depleted and generally a bit useless 🥱😅

I’m going to need an extra bit of motivation to get the miles underfoot on the day, and have chosen to support the awesome people at Baladi-Palestine Animal Rescue who work alongside Vegan in Palestine to rescue and protect street animals as well as bringing food to humans in desperate need.

Please do consider donating & supporting these amazing people in safeguarding the animals who are sadly forgotten, lost to their humans or have lost their humans in this horrific conflict. They’re also working hard with Vegan in Palestine to bring food parcels to displaced families. Their work is critically important, so dig deep and give what you can & I’ll be running every step with the people and animals in mind 💜🐾 thanks for your support 🥰

…but it’s a badge 🥰 loved stomping around Stonehenge yesterday with the crew! 🫶 it was tough with tacky mud underfoot & a touch more elevation than anticipated 🙃 but rewarded with constant beautiful views 🙌😍

Yoga classes to suit every body and everybody! Each of us are beautifully different in our bodies and spirits, recognising this and welcoming it in to your practice and everyday life unlocks the door to infinite potential and achievement.

I have undertaken a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh, India, which focussed on Hatha teachings, with some Ashtanga & Iyengar Influence. I also completed further training with the British School of Yoga in order to continue to develop my understanding of the teachings and implementation of those into everyday life. I am constantly learning, evolving, practicing and love the journey of discovering and learning.

My teaching style is all about fun, fierce determination and love; we’ll sweat, meditate and stretch and be left feeling blissed out and ready to face the world with the same attitude that we adopt on our mats.

Come and practice with me and we will share in laughter and lightness, challenge our bodies to discover new shapes, attune our senses, lengthen our breath, and develop the union of mind and body.
