Have to say as well, the diner was fantastic! The food, the staff, the atmosphere and of course the diner itself, made for a great evening. The history of its journey to the UK and how it got to where it is now is simply fascinating. Can't wait to visit again to try the next item on the menu!

Well it's official, I've now owned my Crown Vic for 10 years! 🎉

Longest I've ever owned a car. And what a journey it's been. I knew from the get-go I'd enjoy every minute of owning the Vic, but I had no idea of the adventures and new places I'd visit, and all the new friends I've made and communities I've joined along the way. She's certainly been more than just a car to me. I have no idea what the last 10 years would've been like if I never decided to pursue my dream of owning an American cop car 🇺🇸

Glad I decided to give the Vic her own social media pages, where I could share her new life over in the UK. As always, appreciate all those who follow us online, whether you've been here since the beginning or only just found us 👊

I always said this would be my car for life, and that's still going to hold true to this day. Never had a thought of selling her, and I never could, being my first and only American car I've ever imported. With only 64k miles on the clock, she's still got a lifetime ahead of hitting the open roads 🛣️

Made it all the way to Southampton on Saturday for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police Family Day 👮🇬🇧

It's been a long while since we've travelled this far South, and our 4th time at this event, with our last attendance being back in 2018. Certainly as good as I remember, a brilliant day all round. And luckily the one day in the week where blue skies finally broke through all the rain in the days prior ⛅

Thanks to uk911copcarnetwork and SOUTH COAST COP CARS for inviting us along! Was our pleasure to visit and was great to have a much needed evening meal together before our long drive home as well.

We'll definitely have to come down South again. See you all next time 👍😎

When there's no shows or events on, you can always count on a good old fashioned car meet. And they don't get any better than The New Unnamed Classic and Cherished Car Group over at The Old Waggon & Horses Iverley 🚘🚙

Super busy on Sunday, jam packed but everyone managed to fit in. Kudos to the marshal's for doing a great job as always. Love how you can just turn up not knowing anyone, and end up talking to countless fellow car enthusiasts non stop until it's time to head home.

Glad to support DIGFEST funday for Bristol Bleed kits yesterday for a great day out in the Summer sunshine 🌞😎

Was good to see one of our friends in the Camaro B4C pursuit car and also to meet the duo in the Blues Brothers tribute car 🇺🇸

Really good atmosphere with a lot of visitors coming by to have a look. And when we weren't busy talking, there's no better place to lounge on a camping chair taking in the Sun and enjoying a beverage. Always nice to be down Bristol way too, hopefully we'll be back down that way again soon 😁

First time at the Bowling Green Classic Cars evening meet yesterday. Nice and local, great place to meet up, grab a drink and have a chat with the other car owners 😎

Can't believe we only just found out about it, after all these years, sometimes you just don't know what's around the corner. Glad we finally got to make one though. Huge array of different classics, including some cool American ones (not that I'm bias towards those of course) 😅

Loved the General Lee, and also a really awesome custom rat rod, and even a jet engine which was brought along and fired up too! That thing was ear busting 🔥💯

P.S. Swapped back to the steelies this week as getting two of the tyres changed in a couple days and possibly refurbing one of the wheels.

Had a great Saturday out at Statfold Country Park Midlands Fire and Rescue Show! 🚒🇬🇧

Bringing a dash of Americana to the scene with our PBSO Vic and our friend's Fairfax City PD Vic 🇺🇸 In addition with a blast from the past, with a 1968 Met Police Morris Minor, whose owner we finally got to meet. Made for a cool display 🚓

Brill day out, lovely weather, lots of awesome emergency services vehicles to see, both new and old, with some cool demonstrations too!

Sometimes the perfect spot for a picture ends up finding you 📸

On the way back from a car meet a couple weeks ago, I needed to pull over somewhere quick to grab a drink from my bag in the boot (or trunk should I say), before I hit the motorway journey home. Stretched my legs for a moment, stepped back a little, then a little more, and well... a nice photo op suddenly presented itself 👀

Very green, nice tree, just ends up being every other kind except palm trees 😂 I'll need to journey South one day to find them 🌴

It's all about cars, cars, cars today at Blisworth Community Primary School 🚗🚙🚓

We had the pleasure of having the Crown Vic all setup as an interactive display at the school as part of their Drive to Design Day. We had lights going, sirens on, kids having a go at being the officer in the front, and what seemed like a class full trying out the prisoner section at the back. It was like a factory line in and out at one point it seemed. And our new riot shield was a popular hit too. Was more than happy for everyone to get the full Crown Vic experience 🚓🇺🇸

Had a great time, nice chill vibe, great grounds for a meet, had some much needed refreshments, good chat with other owners and checked out a lot of nice rides 👌

Thanks to all the organisers for having us today! It was a brilliant day out and we enjoyed every second. The parade route was the busiest we've ever seen, so many happy faces and festive locals 🎊

It's gonna be hard to beat a day like this! We had the ultimate pleasure yesterday partaking in this year's MotoFest Coventry! 🏁

With old friends, new faces and cop cars we hadn't yet seen in person, it was a great day to catch up and get to know new members. Certainly needed more than a day to take a look around the whole line up 🚔🇺🇸

Brilliant day out today at Redditch Classic Motorshow! Big thanks to the hosts Redditch BID and Shakespeare Rally Promotions for having us! Such a great day for it, Sun shining, loads of people in the town centre enjoying the show ☀️😎

We even found one of the cop car group members here too which was a nice surprise 🚔

Had non-stop conversations with passers by who were amazed and really interested in what these cars are, their history and the story behind them. I could talk for hours about it, and trust me, I did! 😂

Lots of kids, grown ups and everyone of all ages asking if they can have a seat in the front (and the prisoner section) and was more than welcome to accommodate. Can't let them just see the car, they've got to see what it's like sitting behind the wheel too!

This is their 3rd year running the show and what a brilliant job they've done. Will definitely come here again! 💯

Had a brilliant breakfast car meet this morning over at Alcester & Avon Classic Motoring Club 🚔☀️

Met a lot of great people and talked for hours on end it felt like, but who doesn't like chatting all day about cars. Took a long countryside detour back home stopping at loads of great photo spots (will post these soon! 📸) Here are just a few of the cars I snapped from this morning's meet 👌

That time of year again, and another MOT test passed with flying colours 🚔 ✅
Never a doubt whenever I take her in. Funnily enough, out of all the standard UK cars I've ever had, this remains the most reliable year on year. Although knowing these cars, it's easy to see why. Just clocked 63,000 miles on the odometer this test. Engine still young and strong as ever 💪

Now that's a sleek, clean, crime fighting machine 🚔👌
Wish I could rock the US licence plate 24/7, gives it that extra American vibe to the look. Ah well, still love my personalised US06 COP plate, it gets almost as much attention at shows than the show plate 😄
Think the worst weather of the past week is finally behind us as well, hopefully the Sun comes out for the weekend 🤞

Always love a great encounter with our local Police 🚓🇬🇧

Just as we were heading out on a nice Saturday morning to get some breakfast, noticed the blue lights appear in our rear view mirror. All is well though, just so happened to meet a couple of new fans of our Crown Vic. And of course we're always happy for anyone to come take a picture.

Moments later, another one of their colleagues just so happened to be passing by and jumped in for a photo too! Made for a great couple of pics our end as well 😁

Always great getting the Vic alongside her British counterparts. An 18 year old (2006) Crown Vic next to the newest Toyota 2022 plate models the Police have to offer. What a contrast 🇬🇧🇺🇲

One has 2000hp, the other has 250hp, just a small difference 😅
This thing was a beast, almost need ear plugs when it gets going. Brill to see it out last night. And thanks for having us and featuring our Vic alongside this beauty 📸👌

So... the Vic got some new shoes over the weekend. Thanks to our friend who had a spare set and offered them for us to try, once we put them on, we were sold. They had to be ours! 😍
This brings her look more in line with the current and retired serving PBSO Crown Vic's out there. I didn't realise how good they actually do look in person, but it really uplifts her look to another level. Of course, this would be why PBSO ran them on their Vic's in the first place. It does make the car look much smarter, and matches the white and the livery perfectly. I've always been interested in trying the original look but for us in the UK finding a full good condition set of these wheel covers is very difficult, and if we do get lucky and find one, it normally costs way more than it should to ship them over. So when our friend had a set to offer, we definitely had to take it. Big thanks again ! 👊😎
Now that she's running her new wheels, the next thing to align her up with the original look will be to change the GoRhino push bar configuration back to the original centre bar only, and removing the heavy duty wraparounds. Over the years I have enjoyed the slight modified look she's had, and got quite accustomed to it. But as I approach my 10 year ownership anniversary, I'd like to try something different and bringing her back towards the genuine PBSO look seems the right path as a nice change of pace and homage to her counterparts back home 🚔🇺🇸
Will certainly look the part and will be a lot of fun to photograph in her new look going forwards! 📸💯
