We all have wobbly days. Everyone. Possibly most of us at the moment - I think we all hoped the year would end differently.

It's ok to feel wobbly. Uncertain. Sad. Angry. Disappointed. Whatever you're feeling is ok.

Just try to share it with someone. Text a friend to tell them how you're doing. Chances are they'll share their feelings too. Breathe. One hour at a time.

2021 has set the bar very low, so 2022: we don't have many expectations, so please be at least a little better!!

This is where I went for my GAP year way back when and will forever be somewhere that has an incredibly special place in my heart. The work they do there is life-changing for many and hard even under normal circumstances. The last year + with the pandemic has pushed them right to the edge and news of the violence and looting is heartbreaking.
