Blue monday, is it a thing? How’s your January going? In my newsletter I shared some of the things I’m doing to feel less sad in Jan and beat the January blues:
💙 Exercise ~ I’ve been to my gym classes 4 times a week and it’s amazing 💪🏻 helping me sleep better and feel fit
💙Dog walks in the morning even when I want to stay in bed, sets you up for the day
💙 Cinema - plan some cinema days perfect time to go with friends, I loved Priscilla - beautiful scenes and clothes!
💙Get creative! take up drawing, plasticine, sculpture, creative writing, anything that will get your creative juices flowing- Find lots of tips on our Creative Planner
💙I'm loving listening to abundance meditations at night, makes me go to bed with happy thoughts!
💙Go for lunch or coffee with friends
💙Get a SAD lamp - sooo good!
💙Practicing gratefulness - it really helps feel so much more positive - write 3 things everyday 🤩
