I have wanted to visit Yorkshire Lavender, in my neighbouring county, for such a long time ... so I did and it did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of sampling their lavender cake, filled with blueberry and lavender conserve. Oh my word, it was demolished before you could say "Angustifolia". Culinary lavender ... I think this could be the start of a very happy relationship 😋They also supply bucketfuls of dried lavender - perfect for filling my lavender-filled heart sachets 👌

Managed to spill a gram or two of lavender when filling my embroidered, heart-shaped sachets, topped off with double-faced satin ribbon for hanging.
The vacuum cleaner will smell gorgeous tonight when all the threads have been cleaned up from the floor 😄
