We are a traditional Italian dairy in the heart of London creating authentic fior di latte cheeses the Southern Italian way. We source our milk from small sustainable local Biritish farms, selected for their traditional working methods and dedication to their animals.

Si cerca una persona dinamica, con tanta voglia di contribuire al successo dell’azienda, ma soprattutto seria, responsabile e desiderosa di dedicarsi al progetto per un periodo medio lungo.

Morbidello is a semi ripened hard cheese with an ivory to light yellow color and a firm, smooth and waxy texture.
If you like cheeses with a character, this is definitely a great one!
