Aromalates Story

Hello! This is me in Pilates-instructor mode Tigerlily Pilates
I've been enjoying the benefits of Pilates for 10 years and teaching Pilates for 3 years now. I run classes mainly in the community and in workplaces, which I LOVE - it's a pleasure to teach group fitness, to build your tribe and I'm so proud to say after putting in the time & effort (I started my first classes above my local pub!!) I have found mine. I'm not saying I've found a group of people who are all die-hard Pilates fans! Nope, instead local people who found each other because they happened to try Pilates with me and we've stuck together, laughed together, shared precious moments of achievement and of calm and thankfully they’ve stuck around for years now!! I'm so grateful for that.

Group Pilates just like any group exercise or team sport promotes a great sense of community, high self-esteem, self-worth, commitment and all importantly acknowledgement that in order to look after others you must also look after yourself, and I'm honoured to play a small part in others doing just that.
I started AROMALATES about a year ago and my current clients have embraced it, they use the mat spritzes in class and at home and they love it when I try out new essential oil blends in class with my electric air diffusers. So over the coming months I will be dedicating even more time and effort into developing my Aromalates range (I've already taken several requests for a pillow mist)... Unfortunately the current pandemic has sadly put my face-to-face teaching on hold but I will be taking this time to focus on Aromalates even more in 2020 - so watch this space! x
