Yesterday, our Nige, the irrepressible legend from the Black Country, completed his 250th Hitsona session!
And he celebrated with some weird mating ritual with a Hit Machine 😅
Nige is such a fun and committed member of the Hitsona family, and has overcome injury, Up Pulls and being a Wolves fan to hit this mega milestone!

Feels like a failure every week.
But it's not your fault.

Or to turn down that meal out with your friends.
Pizza with the kids on a Saturday nights is important, they're the memories you want to build.
Most people who keep starting again haven't found a way to live healthily that is sustainable and doesn't feel restrictive.
The key is finding a form of movement or exercise that you enjoy. One that doesn't take a load of motivation to stick to.
And when you're exercising regularly, you'll make better, healthier choices across your life.

It’s the Poynies!!
Fee and Jon Poyner are a highlight of any session they are in 🥳
Never giving anything less than 100% effort and enthusiasm, they are a pleasure to coach.
But what makes these two legends stand out is their support and encouragement of other members.
We’ve lost count of the amount of Hitsona’s who have told our coaches how much they enjoyed a session when paired with a Poyner and how much harder they worked because of that support and encouragement.

What an amazing turnout and atmosphere in the studio today as we signed off for Christmas with our very special Ada’s Workout.
Our members completed 272 rounds between them today of a workout in memory of Ada, who was stillborn last December.
Stuart and Jodi are so humbled and grateful for the effort and love shown today.
