The only competition is you.

It’s got to be you vs you each day trying to be the best version of yourself. Everyone else is doing their thing, working through life their own ways and overcoming the things they face. Instead of trying to be better than everyone else take some time to uplift, motivate, congratulate and lead by example for those around you.

I guarantee you’ll feel better for it 💚

You deserve nothing but the best.

No hate, competition, jealousy or s**tty comments. Just people who love you unconditionally and who make you feel like you matter 💚

Be you, unapologetically.

As long as you’re not hurting yourself or others around then in no way ever stop being you. With all your flaws, faults, passion, love and everything that makes you unique.

Someone out there has been waiting to feel your light in their life 🤙

With the way the world is, the different struggles that everyone is facing, the way the world as we knew it is so different right now, how hard some days can be for so many out there we have to remember that no one is above us and no one is below us.

Regardless of difference in opinions we should all just care for one another more. Share love, create space, talk more and most of all be there for one another.

Life isn’t easy for so many out there at the moment, just be good to one another. It’s the difference we really need 💚

You have got this 💪

You have come too far to let that little voice of self doubt stop you or make you think any less of yourself. Trust the process even when some days it feels like you’re not moving forward. Take it as a rest, a moment to slow down and reset.

Whatever you’re facing or whatever that little voice is telling you just know you’re stronger than your thoughts and you have overcome 100% of your worst days and you will overcome this too 💚

Brothers— Choosing yourself and the things that keep you whole does not make you difficult.

We have all settled for s**t in the past, done things we aren’t proud of or even been people that we’re not proud of. Truth is we all in some way have done what we needed in a situation or moment. As you start to grow you realise you never want to be at the low points you have in life. You start to heal, to grow and to realise all the greatness you really deserve.

You’re not difficult when you’re focusing on what’s best for you and your growth in life 💚

-
-
-

06/01/2022

It’s ok to say no to s**t that doesn’t serve you, to set boundaries, to protect your well being and to above everything else prioritise yourself.

You’re number one always, start making sure to treat yourself that way. Learning to love yourself and setting better boundaries will not only help you feel better but will help you grow too 💚

-

-

06/01/2022

You never know what someone else is facing, thinking or feeling.

Be a little more conscious of words, actions and efforts because even those closest to you with the biggest smile and the most confident energy can be silently struggling too 💚

Brothers— Here’s a few reminders to keep in mind and try to practice for today and all the days to come.

It’s often the small tasks we do that become habit that will in turn change the ways we feel, think and deal 💚

-
-
-

05/01/2022

This, all of this.

Be the difference in the world because you never know how much you could change someone’s day by simply doing something nice 💚

-
-
-

04/01/2022

We often put so much pressure on ourselves to have all the answers or to master our life for the future.

Maybe we need to instead just take each day as it comes and do the best we can with what you know. You can’t expect to know the answers to things you haven’t yet faced or experienced.

Take the days as they come and put that best foot forward, knowing that you don’t have all the answers but each day you become a little wiser for the next day 🤙

04/01/2022

Brothers— One of the most important reminders there is in this life.

You have to be the one to determine your worth because if you let others be that source then at any time it can taken away from you. When the world seems a little hard and you need that spark to help you through.

Please read this because you matter, you’re important and no matter what anyone says you can never be replaced 💚

Never aim to be or to claim perfection, it is not sustainable and that image being projected can’t be held forever. Instead aim to be you, with all your faults, flaws, imperfections and everything that makes you human.

The best people in this world are the ones who show their true self with all their scars, their wounds, the ones who show their real self and own it. The ones who are really just humans doing the best they can in this world full of filters and screens.

Perfection isn’t a thing to aim for, being yourself is the greatest gift you can give this world 💙

-

-

03/01/2022

It really is that simple.

Life is so short, tomorrow is never promised and we never know what our words or actions could do to help or hinder someone one else.

Please just be a good person out there in the world. It really is so needed 🤙💚

03/01/2022

One day you will wake. You will realise all the s**t you went through, all the work you have and are doing on yourself and all hard times are so worth it.

You didn’t give up, you fought, you fell, you stood back up and you become you again. One day you will sit there and realise how far you have come, how proud of yourself you are and you will finally feel peace.

It isn’t an overnight fix brothers, it’s a daily process but each of us doing the work, supporting each other and being that change is how we make this possible to each and every person around to feel this way too 🤙

03/01/2022

Brothers— Go out and find and do the things that make you happy.

You really do shift the whole path of your life when you’re genuinely and truly happy. Happy in work, happy in life, happy at home and happy inside.

Spend time doing the things that fill your cup and let that overflow into everything around you 💚

Happy New Year to you all guys 💚🤙

Here’s our newest video just to let you all know the importance of knowing that it’s okay to not be perfect and being a little selfish sometimes is also okay.

Nobody’s perfect, and those who love you and who are important to you don’t expect you to be either.

Be yourself and love yourself no matter what. It makes all the difference 💚

16/12/2021

Sending good vibes to each and every one of the brothers and the sisters.

Let’s gas one another up, let’s support each other, let’s work as brothers and be there for one another.

I got you just like you got me. We fu***ng got this 🤙

-
-
-

16/12/2021

Brothers— This right here should be a goal for us all.

Leave people better than when you found them. Be nice, be kind, be supportive, ask how people are, listen to their reply and I mean fu***ng listen with no intent of replying, make them laugh, make them smile, make others feel loved and important.

Let’s do our best as the brothers of this generation to leave a lasting impact on everyone we meet. Let’s be that change and switch up the view on men speaking up and voicing when things are getting them down or they are having a rough time 💚

-
-
-

16/12/2021

You want to know what is really cool? Being real with your brothers, being honest about your feelings and being there for your brothers in need.

We all go through tough times and if we all realise that it’s cool to care those tough times become a lot easier to deal with.

We are all in this together 🤙

-
-
-

15/12/2021

Brothers— We are all equal, we are all human.

Let’s make everyone feel that way. Regardless of colour, race, religion, sexual orientation we are all human and we deserve to be treated that way. Lift those brothers around you, give them the little helping hand they may need, make them feel equal, be there for them in times of need.

Lift those around you and in turn you lift yourself 🤙

A tumble dryer is like someone struggling with their mental health.

The items inside spinning around, are very much like thoughts and emotions inside someones head.

What we do at MINT is, we take those thoughts and emotions out of the dryer, we fold them and make it so they are all easily identified and understandable so they no longer look all jumbled together.

They are then much easier to put away 💚

"We Win or we learn.." is one of our favourite quotes..

We love this so much because there is no such thing as losing, every 'loss' is an opportunity to learn.

Now obviously I don't mean in terms of something physical in nature (we all lose our keys) but the bad/negative things that happen aren't us losing, they are teachable moments in which we can become stronger and wiser which is something we don't get from our wins.

They are both equally as important as each other but we grow more through failures. So next time something happens that affects us negatively, don't let it get you down but instead think to yourself "What can I learn from this?"

-
-
-

14/12/2021

Brothers— We never know what someone is going through or how things may be affecting them.

Through text or messages we can’t read between the lines. Keep and ear/eye on your brothers who may seem a little off. Give them a call and ask them how things really are and if they are ok. Make plans to catch up and actually stick to them don’t bail or take another ‘better’ offer that comes along.

Tell you're brothers that you love them and let them know why you love them and why they are so fu***ng important to you.

We are all here for each other, let’s fu***ng show it 🤙

14/12/2021

Our support group isn't what you probably imagine and that's the gods honest truth.

We don't sit in a circle in a dark and dingy room talking about whether today is a good day or not whilst everyone looks at the floor.

We have created a support network and a family. Too many men wander the lonely plains of mental health alone, unable to work out which way the life begins again. Through MINT, we share our stories, our 'coping' strategies and inspire each other. We work with the guys to overcome obstacles that usually would cause a massive set back but instead it's just a slight bump in the road.

When we started, we never thought we would be where we are today, averaging 30 at our groups and genuinely saving lives.

If you have been contemplating attending a group, please do, you will be very surprised 💚

Brothers— Let’s break this fu***ng stigma around men’s mental health.

Let’s tackle it from the roots and let’s end what we are conditioned to feel and think. Let’s teach the new generation that men are allowed to open up and speak on what is getting to them or bringing them down. Crying, feeling, or letting your emotions out shouldn’t be classed as weak or something to be ashamed of.

As males growing up we are taught that boys don’t cry, f**k that. In my eyes if you cry or speak on how you're feeling inside you are more in touch with yourself than anyone else.

Let’s be that change and let’s teach the younger generation how to live life to the full and take care of their wellbeing 🤙

-
-
-

13/12/2021

Never a truer statement made 🤙💚

-
-
-

13/12/2021

Let’s get this straight. As soon as most people hear the words ‘mental’ and ‘health’ in the same sentence they assume you have depression, anxiety or are suicidal, the list goes on.

F**k that!! Mental health is your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions. We all have them regardless of how tough you think you are and we should all be proud as f**k we have them, they make us feel.

Dealing with your mental health doesn’t mean you are an outcast or mean you have ‘an illness’ it means that your are taking care of your self the same way you do with your physical health.

So next time you hear someone making a joke or talking s**t about mental health especially in men make sure you check them and let them know that mental health is fu***ng important especially in the brothers we surround ourselves with 🤙

-
-
-

12/12/2021

Brothers— Helping that one person won’t change mental health as a whole but for that one person it may change their world.

Help your brothers and be there for them when they are down or in need 💚
