Every time I tackle a big Victorian house I always say it will be the last one! There brutal on the body, so dusty, walls massively out of plumb and never square!! They take it out of me and my apprentice to the point of exhaustion! But then when you turn round and look at what we created, it’s almost worth doing another!

Fully re boarded, skimmed and I even got me old dad in to decorate!

Everything done in house from tiling to plumbing, joinery and skimming.

Hope the customer really likes it when they get back off holiday.

Big bathroom starting to take shape! We’ve done a hell of a lot of plastering lately!

Can tell summer coming!! All the heating engineers are trying their hand at bathroom fitting and tiling till winter 🤣🤣🤣🤣

3 of 3 completed in this big Victorian house! It’s been a hard slog for just over 3 weeks. These tiles looked brilliant!!

Follow on post from last weeks traditional bathroom is this weeks stunning main bathroom!! In the same house. Again full reboard, new chipboard floor though out!! All new plumbing and waste pipes, skimming, woodwork and tiling all carried out by ourselves! All electrical work carried out by our fantastic sparky! Eccles Electrical Services.

I think someone has been monkeying around with the tiles this time, they seem a bit funny 😁

Victorian style bathroom! All oak architrave and window board. With a crackle glazed tile to the walls. Fully boarded and skimmed! All done in house by myself and my apprentice.

One I finished on Friday! This is a downstairs bathroom that we had to also renew all the joists and floor!

Lovely results again with the customer over the moon with the finished result!

A nice easy access shower area, with wet wall panels and tiling to the rest. 👌

Some really hard work gone into this bathroom. The floor had 3 layers of self leveller and underfloor heating to get though to find the chipboard and all the joists were rotten!!
So we fitted all new joists and chipboard floor before we even got started!! Good job our customer jay was good with the kettle.

What a absolute gruelling 8 days it’s been to get this stunning bathroom over the line.

1200mm x 600mm marble effect tiles and a wood effect with gold brass ware!!

The stunners keep rolling off the line.

What an absolutely stunning bathroom this turned out to be.
As you can see from the pictures a lot of hard work and attention to detail whet into getting this to a very high standard of bathroom fitting.
No matter the cost we use the same high standard of fitting.

Just been back to put the radiator on the wall after the customer had wallpapered. Wow it looks incredible!!

Lovely bathroom just completed in ackworth. Just managed to get it over the line in 4 days. All shower area tanked in mapie waterproofing kit. ✅

Tiles floor with underfloor heating. Tiles were 1000mm x 450mm.

Prep work in a shower area before the tray and tiling. All shower areas are tanked out with Mapei shower proofing kit. ✅

Lovely bathroom complete for a regular customer. This one’s for a rental property in normanton.

Just finished this stunning Ensuit.
1000mm x 500mm wall tiles with a wood effect feature wall and 1.5m plank floor tiles. 😍

Nice little downstairs toilet, wall hung basin and new radiator today.

Had to work around a very tight staircase to get this one done.

Crackle glazed metro tiles and Burlington fittings.

Spruce up this week. Took old bath out and tiles off. Re boarded two walls and retiled, new bath! reused original taps and toilet/basin units. New flooring and tiled bath panel. Left original wood panels on.

Second one in the same house. Few touches to do in the first one and on the the next.

First one back complete! Happy new year!
It was a downstairs bathroom that wasn’t used! So it’s now been turned into a lovely toilet room and tiling into the utility and hallway floor, new 7 inch skirting boards.

Last bathroom of the year. Few little jobs to complete next week! I really liked this one, to round a cracking year of some quality installations.

Late finish again but we got it over the line. Stunning gold and green features, with 1200mm x 60mm tiles and a wood effect tile. The pictures say it all.
