I hate having to do this because it isn’t fair on regular and loyal clients but I’m going to have to start taking deposits and cancellation fee’s with the amount of no shows or people letting me know they can’t make it at such short notice… it’s my income & I’ve 2 kids and a home to run.
All colours will require a £20 upfront deposit & any cancellations within 24 hour to your appointment will be 50% of the service which will need paying before you rebook! Thankyou for understanding🩷
