The customer at this property had problems with damp on their gable end wall. We fitted insulation board on the gable end wall, used a base coat then oversprayed the full property in Corksol UK in colour haze.

A job we completed in Leeds this week using an Alpol UK silicone system.
The customers had cowboy builders so remedial works were required such as filling out before we could base coat and then spray with silicone.

We completed this set of apartments last week. We applied an Alpol UK Silicone System as well as spraying the roof in Corksol. Our customer choose two colours, coffee and cream to make a statement to the frontage.

While surveying this job I discussed with the homeowners my concern there maybe wood rot in this bay window. When we came to remove the old render we found it was in a terrible condition (swipe for pictures). We removed the rotten timber and existing breeze block before:
•New timber work installed
•Insulation installed
•Breathable felt membrane installed
•Cement render board installed
•High polymer base coat installed
•Fibre glass anti crack mesh installed
•Basecoat render applied ready for topcoat

Today we have been spraying Corksol UK onto the roof of some apartments. Corksol has many benefits including providing a thermal waterproof layer without adding the weight associated with traditional materials.

T2 Machine

Due to the current increase in costs we are afraid that we are having to increase the price of our T2 machine to £3,995.
This includes a full cleaning set, two 7.5 metre hoses and a trigger spray gun.

Our new spray gun for spraying Corksol’s new SprayCork is an additional £180. This is a straight necked lance which can control the air and material separately and is perfect for silicone also. This new spray gun can be purchased separately if you already have a T2 machine.
