Not long left until I start running. I’m doing the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge I start at 16.00 Friday and do my last run at 12.00 Sunday running every 4hours. I’ll run a minimum of 52.4 miles over the 2days. Unfortunately I lost my mum 16 years ago now but I still remember how amazing Wakefield Hospice were so each year I try to raise money for them in her memory. Any support is massively appreciated.

3 good reasons to get your boiler serviced. A clean and properly aligned electrode. A clean and washed heat excahnger. A cleaned out condensate trap. All had issues when we stripped this Viessmann down. All clean and correct now and passing the emissions tests with flying colours. 🔥
