Based in Wales, we provide residential & community based support for Children & Young People who have experienced challenges in their early years.
The service's management team has a passion to deliver ‘Brighter Futures’ for children & Young People.
I've just come back from a farewell party for a remarkable young person who has lived in one of our homes for the last two years. This individual is embarking on a new chapter, having been accepted into the army.
It has been an honour to spend time with him and to have observed them grow and see the potential that they had within themselves, they just needed care, support and a sprinkling of Love for them to see it themselves. ❤️
What an inspiration you are to so many and thank you for allowing us to sharing this journey with you.
Lastly, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Emily and the team for fostering an environment that has allowed this young person to flourish and recognise their potential. Your efforts are truly transforming lives, and we are immensely proud of you all.👏👏
After two and half years one of our young people has moved on to live independently, we are all so proud of you and all that you have achieved. The 🌍 is truly in your hands now go and grab it and make all those dreams come true.
As for the team, you are all superheroes and we can’t thank you enough for what you All do.❤️❤️

Our ethos is to make sure our staff team are happy. We provide a great work environment, and you provide a nurturing home where children can achieve good outcomes, supporting children between the ages of 7-18 years old who have experienced trauma.
We seek like minded people to join us on our journey. We are a small company that thinks big.
Our inspector said, " this is a breath of fresh air."

It’s simple, we’re investing in Brighter Futures for All.
We operate a shift pattern which typically covers 2 days on shift and 4 days off shift. Staff will be required to sleep-in which is paid at a rate of £65 per night.
Qualified support workers must have QCF/NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, caring for Children and Young People.
If you are not qualified, we can offer you training and support to gain your NVQ qualifications and a career in care.

At Brighter Futures Cymru we are privileged to have the opportunity to work with Children and Young People from a variety of backgrounds. Without the support of the local communities where we live and work we couldn't do our work, so, we wanted to take the opportunity to give something back!
Together as a team we are participating in the Cardiff half marathon raising money for local youth clubs and community groups such as the Mem in Nantymoel and other projects supported by the NSPCC.
6 members of the Brighter Futures team (staff and Young People) have been motivated to run, walk, trot (or crawl) to the finish line
Any support will be much appreciated. Thank you.
