Today was my first day of 3, teaching our Get Set To Colour Course at Francesco Hair training academy.
What a great bunch of students I've had.
We learnt all about the Wella colour portfolio, The colour wheel, primary and secondary colours, natural hair shades and undertones, the wella shade chart and consultation...
We have another jam packed day of fun and education planned for tomorrow.

Alison wanted to create a natural grey blending due to her natural colour being white at the top and front but still dark at the back, so with a mixture of colours that's exactly what we did.

I can't get enough of this pink and red duo for our lovely client. Coloured using Wella's blondor, Koloston perfect and colour create.

Month 2 of management training. Today we focused on finance. Stock and retail percentage, break even, salon finance and stock taking.
So now im totally brain fried, tonight will be an early night!!😵‍💫

Day 1 of 6 months management course. Education and progression is key!!

Started with a bleach root application, mild cleanse on mids and ends to remove existing toner then colour touch toner, 20g 10/6 20g 9.16 and 10g 0/68 1.9% developer.
Colour by myself and cut and finish by Nikki.

After 12 months of hard work since being introduced to Wella,I have compleated The Wella Colour Expert program i am always srtiving to better and educate my self and work towards my personal goals...

Freehand balayage done for my assessment using Blondorplex and Shinefinity.
Lola had virgin hair and a freehand balayage is a great way to introduce colour for the first time.

Nice little transformation today for this lovely lady to create a low maintenance colour with a nice warm mahogany tone.

Lovely colour correction/colour change for this lovely lady... previous colour was done at another salon and unfortunately left her hair in terrible condition and with multiple bands of colour.
We used wella colour touch to pre colour, followed by wella Koloston perfect with wellaplex to create this gorgeous copper, making the hair look and feel amazing...
Reccomend home care was the ultimate repair range and the copper colour fresh mask.
